The Norwegian Open gets under way in Sandefjord.
The 2nd Sandefjord Norwegian Open got under way today under glorious sunshine at Sandefjord Tennis Klubb in Buegårdsparken.
Top seed and world no 1 ranket junior Klara Tauson of Denmark and last year winner Malene Helgø from Norway had a day of practice ahead of their first round matches on Wednesday. The event is a 15,000 USD World Tour International Tennis Federation where the players are fighting for 10 WTA ranking point and 100 World Tour points.
Semifinals and finals will be played on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th of July.
